- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to solicit offers for non-standard ammunition in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) G-37 Ammunition Branch. The Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the following ammunitions 30 days after contract award:.45 ACP 185 Grain WC, Ammunition (QTY 122,000) 9MM 115 Grain FMJ, Ammunition (QTY 99,000) Custom Loaded 5.56 Cal Rifle, Ammunition (QTY 185,000) 185 Grain Boat Tail Hollow Point Berger.308 Cal, Bullets (QTY 6,000) 80 Grain Sierra Match King, Bullets (QTY 25,000) 155 Grain Sierra Palma, Bullets (QTY 6,000) 142 Grain Sierra Hollow Point Boat Tail, Bullets (QTY 2,000) Lake City 5.56mm Brass Casing, Brass (QTY 25,000).308 Winchester Lapua Palma, Brass (QTY 12,000) 6.5MM x.284 Lapua, Brass (QTY 2,000) Alliant Powder RL 15, Powder (QTY 145lbs) Hodgdon 4831 Short Cut, Powder (QTY 48lbs) Hodgdon Varget, Powder (QTY 80lbs) CCI Large Match Rifle BR2, Primer (QTY 2,000) Federal Large Rifle 210 Match, Primer (QTY 12,000) The Government intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) W91247-13-R-0020 resulting in the award of a contract for this requirement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332992 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The requirement will be solicited in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements. The RFQ will be available to interested industry participants on or around 20 March 2013. The RFQ will be accessible through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/; or the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ and any subsequent documents related to this requirement will be available for download at the ASFI and FBO websites referenced above. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for the release of the solicitation package and any subsequent amendments. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The Contracting Officer for this requirement is Mr. Brandon A. Hawkins. The Contract Specialist for this requirement is Ms. Mandy M. Ashmore.
