- Description
- This solicitation notice is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of a new pump house building on structural fill to house water treatment equipment, a new water transmission line to connect the pump house to the upper storage tank, treatment equipment, booster pumps, aeration tank, controls and telemetry system, water service lines, miscellaneous piping and other required appurtenances in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Work will be performed in Onyx, CA (Kern County). Contractor must possess a valid California State General Engineering Contractor Class A license. Estimate construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000 for the entire contract. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available for download from this web-site on or before April 1, 2013.
