Description

The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a construction requirement for Vault Toilet Excavation & Installation. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract under the Request For Quotations (RFQ) format using best value (Rating Factors: Price 50%; Technical and Past Perf. 50%). This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 238190 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $14.0 million. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after April 2, 2013, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Requests for solicitation packages maybe downloaded from the FBO website or requested by FAX to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. The Closing Date for responses to the RFQ shall be April 25, 2013, 4:00 p.m. local time (Springerville, Arizona).
