Ft (ABOA): 9,553 Space type: Office parking spaces (Total): 77 Parking spaces (Surface): 77 Parking spaces (Structured): 0 parking spaces (Reserved): 77 Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 120 Months Optional Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Located on premises in Florence to meet regulatory requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire, life and safety, accessability, seismic, and sustainability standards per term of hte lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. An Approved JOTFOC(Justification for other than full and open competition) will be posted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
