- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute Indiana intends to make a single award for the provision of various dairy products for the inmate population at FCC Terre Haute, IN. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract shall consist of a 1-month period for the month of April 2013. Deliveries may be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, IN. 47802 Tuesday thru Friday 7am-2pm. The solicitation will be available on or about March 19, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about March 25, 2013. The solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 424430 with a size standard of 100 employees. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.sams.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
