Description

Re-dacted Limited Sources J&A This posts the re-dacted Limited Sources Justification and Approval document for 'only one source is capable of responding due to the specialized nature of the work' for the purchase of additional air Force Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Hand Held Radios (HHRs) to fulfill the Air Force requirement. The CSEL system composed of three segments, Over the Horizon (OTH), Ground and User, which includes the AN/PRQ-7A HHR, was designed under a development contract to the Boeing Company, Inc., Huntington Beach, CA. The Boeing Company is the current prime contractor for the development, production and sustainment of the CSEL system. The award was made to the Boeing Company on 25 February 2013, via Contract #FA8730-13-F-8005.
