Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Richmond Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of Route 64 and I-95, travel north on I-95, turn west onto Route 295. Turn southeast onto Route 64. Turn south onto North Parham Road to Three Chopt Road. Turn north onto Route 356. Turn east onto Route 64 and follow to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 43,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 44,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Additional Requirements: *The Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 10 years for 43,939 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. The Government presently occupies space 1606 Santa Rosa Road, Richmond, Virginia which expires June 30, 2013 under GSA Lease number GS-03B-30056. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. *The cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. * Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 14, 2013 Occupancy (Estimated): July 2013 Expressions of Interest shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
