Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center San Diego contracting department intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on an other than full and open competition basis to Networkfleet located at 6363 Greenwich Drive Suite 200, San Diego CA 92122. Commercial procedures will be used during the acquisition process. The requirement is to provide one year of wireless monitoring services for GPS trackers originally provided by Networkfleet and currently installed on Government fleet vehicles. Networkfleet is the exclusive service provider for these devices. The applicable NAICS code is 517210 and the small business threshold is 1,500 employees or less. Service is expected to be procured on or before 07 April 2013 and last for one year thereafter. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received within 10 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government for the purposes of determining whether or not competition of the requirement would be appropriate. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete the requirement will be based in part upon the responses received but is ultimately within the sole discretion of the Government.
