- Solicitation for NSN 5340-01-444-3273 / PR 0047903650, Shur-Lok Company part number: SL51157, and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc part number 901-344-621-101, Bolt Assembly, Clamp. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a source controlled item and the only approved sources are Shur-Lok Company (CAGE: 97393) and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (CAGE: 97499). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 1206 each. The required delivery schedule is 123 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. Configuration Control applies. This is not a Critical Safety item. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
