- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price purchase order to provide 3-dimensional hydrodynamic and particle tracking tools to support fisheries investigations focused on quantifying hydrodynamic complexity and investigating relationships between hydrodynamic complexity and fish abundance in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Delta), California. This requirement is being advertised under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541990, with a small business size standard of $14 million. This procurement is an unrestricted competitive request for quotes. Solicitation R13PS20111 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 7, 2013. The date for receipt of quotations shall be April 27, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. mountain standard time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to casmith@usbr.gov. No quotation shall be accepted via IDEAS-EC. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is a recently implemented Federal Government owned-and-operated FREE web site that consolidates the capabilities in Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/Federal Register (FedReg), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
