- The Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests are requesting on-site health and fitness evaluation services. The participation estimate for the blood draw and fitness evaluation (optional item) is between 100-150 employees. This solicitation has two optional renewal years. The screening will be done during the months of April through June. We require the services at the following locations: Kamiah, Orofino, Grangeville, Potlatch, Lowell and Elk City. All in the Idaho state.
