Bill of Material Notice of Intent NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Sole Source J&A (not attached as it relates to FAR 6.305(f) And 8.405-6(b)(3)(iii) ) The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), National Information Technology Commodity Division (NITCP) has received a requirement from US Air Force, Air Force Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) Warner Robins AFB, GA for AIMES Exploit Software Licenses/AIMES Server v1.3 Maintenance. Quantity Description 1 AIMES Exploit Software Licenses / AIMES Server v1.3 Maintenance Base Year 1 AIMES Exploit Software Licenses / AIMES Server v1.3 Maintenance Option Year 1 1 AIMES Exploit Software Licenses / AIMES Server v1.3 Maintenance Option Year 2 1 AIMES Exploit Software Licenses / AIMES Server v1.3 Maintenance Option Year 3 The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) 1710 SAIC DR, Mclean, VA 22102 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports their ability to deliver the required products. Capability statements shall be received no later than the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All correspondence pertaining to this Notice of Intent shall be submitted in writing via email to LaQulla (Quil) Williams, Senior Contracting Officer at laqulla.williams@gsa.gov no later than the response date and time.
