- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; with the solicitation number, N00104-13-Q-Q304 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS), Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to acquire Accusoft Pegagus licenses for the NAVSUP Business Systems Center in accordance with the attached requirements sheet. The Sole Source Justification for the negotiation and issuance of an award to Accusoft Pegagus and the solicitation are attached. NAVSUP WSS is soliciting quotes on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25.0 million. The Period of Performance is date of award through one year. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued. The Government will award a resulting contract from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, effective February 28, 2013. Responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 12:00 pm EST on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 and shall be sent via email to Jennifer.N.Jones@navy.mil.
