- Solicitation SPE4A6-13-R-0727 SUPERCEDES SPE4A6-13-R-0504, SC1000007704, This is an IQC with a Base year and Four Option years. Each NSN has unit issue of each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other- than Full and Open competition. One NSN has a Commercial item with an AMC/AMSC of "3Z". One of the NSNs is a Critical Application Item. There is not a Surge and Sustainment requirement on either NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year is listed below. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery is for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will be issued on March 08, 2013 with a closing date of April 08, 2013.
