- The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) N00174-12-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship MK 38 MOD 2 onboard repair parts (104 kits) with the following part numbers: MILPCM1200MJ, 30345T17, S255123-101, S255123-102, TYNW14310A, TYUW10010C, TYUW10020A, TYUC50000A. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this requirement in the required time frame.
