- Attachment 2 & 3 in MS Word Format Attachment 5, Drawings Attachment 4 Specifications Solicitation AG-4146-S-13-0006 A site visit will be held on March 27, at 10:00 a.m. at the Bankhead Ranger District Office. There is also a call-in telephone number, if offeror is unable to physically attend the meeting: 888-858-2144 Pass Code:7875714. Additional information is included in the solicitation. The Bankhead National Forest in the National Forests in Alabama has requirement for a waterline replacement at the Clear Creek Recreation Area. The Project is for the replacement/installation of new underground water supply piping in the day use area of approximately 2570 LF of piping in varying sizes (3", 2", 1 ½" PVC piping) along with the associated valves. The performance period will be 30 days after notice to proceed. The desired project completion is no later than Jun 30, 2013. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation is expected to be posted around Mar 4, 2013 on this website. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any.
