- This pre-solicitation notice is for Snow Removal Service in Jersey City (NJ008), Edison (NJ003) and Lodi (NJ009). The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 15 March 2013-14 March 2018 with one Base year plus 4 one year options. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to perform snow removal services. There are 3 separate service locations: Cavern Point US Army Reserve Center (USARC)- #1 Chapel Avenue & Cavern Point Road, Jersey City NJ 07305-4021, Alexander Hamilton USARC- 76 Route 17 at Essex Street Lodi NJ 07644-2791 and MG William Weigel USARC- 2550 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison NJ 08817-5603. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561790 and a size standard of $7 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-13-T-5016. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 February 2013 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation.
