Description

Replace IRM UPS System; Project 568-13-102 This project consists of replacing the existing IRM UPS system in Building 145 at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Fort Meade Campus, Fort Meade, SD. Work includes, but not limited to, necessary demolition, installation and testing. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials, tools and equipment, and necessary supervision to perform all work associated with this project as indicated on the contract documents. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); https://www.sam.gov, which includes the Representations and Certifications, as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, prior to submitting a proposal. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 210 days. NAICS: 423430, P&S: N070.
