Description

Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is AG-82FT-S-13-0005. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531120, size standard is $7.0 million. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for lease/rental of a modular. The contractor will deliver all necessary materials, transport and assemble the buildings, and remove the structure at the end of the lease/rental term. The structures remain the property of the contractor. Awards may not necessarily be made to the quoter submitting the lowest quote. Please see the attached solicitation for full performance work statement.
