- Description
- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to procure multiple sole source, part numbered items from Hamilton Sundstrand (Cages 73030 and 99167). This is a notification that a modification will be issued to add sole source NSNs which include multiple Weapon System Description Code (WSDCs) to the Hamilton Sundstrand Corporate Contract, SPE400-05-D-0004. The modification will contain NSNs from the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Note 22 applies. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs. Some NSNs are critical application items and some are considered commercial/noncommercial which will be addressed in the Letter RFP. Surge and Sustainment may apply to some NSNs. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interests of the government.
