Modification 3 in FedConnect (www.fedconnect.net) includes all the attachments including Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Please provide comments and updated capabilities statements by Tuesday March 5, 2013 at 9am. DOE will not be responding to any questions. DOE is interested in responses from small businesses.
