- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-13-R-0148 for the following cemetery: Florence National Cemetery 803 E. National Cemetery Road Florence, SC 29501 PH: (843) 669-8783 This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Size Standard is $7.0 Million. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies to install concrete marker grid support system, remove, clean, raise, realign and reset designated upright headstones and renovate designated sections of turf at the Florence National Cemetery. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the period of 240 calendar days. Performance and/or Payment bonding may be required at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Offers received from concerns that are not service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns shall not be considered. SDVOSBs must be verified and listed in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals. Failure to do so will make your offer non-responsive to this solicitation. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Capability 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about March 4, 2013. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information at http://www.fbo.gov. Proposals are due at 2:00 P.M. ET on March 25, 2013.
