Description
The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition under NAICS code 236220 for an upcoming requirement for the Dayton Aviation Heritage NHP in Dayton OH. If sufficient interest and capability is not received from small businesses, a solicitation may be issued as unrestricted without further consideration. Project Description: To remove and replace damaged, missing deteriorated filled sealant (weather seal ) around metal casement window frames and windows on approximately 150 each Gamman Architectural Series 500 windows and 4 each doors. In addition to remove and replace deteriorated weather seals on 18 each granite panels located on the entry of the Wright-Dunbar Interpretive Center. A Statement of Work will be provided. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Small Business size standard: A firm is considered small under NAICS code 236220 if their average annual receipts for the preceding three (3) years were less than or equal to $33.5 million. Registrations: Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov. Registration is FREE. Registration instructions can be found on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov/downloads/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf. (Please note the registration for access to the secure site takes approximately 5 business days. PLAN ACCORDINGLY). All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site. Any resulting solicitation will be made available at the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps.gov or fbo.gov). THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, nor is the Government required to issue a solicitation. ALL COST ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION AS REQUESTED BY THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. Submission is voluntary.
