- Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement is for a Virtual Master Blade, System 2007 (windows based system designed to evaluate and balance tail rotor blades) for the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. Negotiations will be conducted solely with Avion Manufacturing, Inc. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
