The purpose of this modification is to clarify that the originally scheduled site visit scheduled for March 1, 2013 has been rescheduled for February 28, 2013 at 9:00am to 10:30am EDT in Building 80, Engineering Conference Room #110B at the VAMC Bedford 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730. The announcement was posted in the eCMS Vendor Portal. This requirement was posted in eCMS Vendor Portal as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All Service-disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses are required to be listed as verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprise in order to submit offers. The date and time for RFI's is MARCH 7, 2013 AT 1:00PM EDT. The date and time for receipt of offers is changed to March 25, 2013 at 1:00pm (to be submitted via the ECMS vendor portal).
