Description
Please review and submit the completed attachment with your proposal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set aside unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is NAICS, 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2KBAD3011A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65,Effective 29 Jan 2013 The Government intends to award one contract with fourteen (14) Contract line items (CLINs) for the Spectrometer requirement identified below: One Spectrometer meeting the following criteria: 1.) Failure to furnish supporting documentation expressly requested and necessary for the agency to perform price, cost and/or cost realism analysis is grounds to reject the quote.
