- Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation This is a solicitation for demolition and construction of a work trailer (387 ESFS, AM008) at Abdullah Al Mubarak Air Base. Submit proposals NLT 1300 28 March 2013. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 9 March 2013 at 1:00 pm local Kuwait time on Abdullah Al Mubarak Air Base. Attendance is NOT mandatory but it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. If attending the site visit, SUBMIT CORRECTLY COMPLETED BASE PASSES NLT 5 March 2013 at 2:00 pm local Kuwait time.
