- Equipment List The 309th Software Maintenance Group (SMXG) will procure GE Intelligent Platforms VME Boards (non-developmental items) with supporting equipment (refer to attached equipment list), for operational flight testing units already in use. This technology is copyrighted and licensed by GE Intelligent Platforms and will be procured as a brand name non-commercial item. The boards must be 100% software and hardware compatible, meaning the boards must be drop-in with no changes to hardware, software, or API. Boards must have counterfeit parts program in place and must be certified as new and not used or refurbished. The solicitation is expected to post on our around 11 March 2013 with a closing date of 10 April 2013. Offerors must be registered to do business with the government prior to award in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and have all online representations and certifications.
