- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing all management, personnel, equipment (except Government furnished), supplies, facilities, transportation, and tools to perform all functions of the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Onsite Quality Control Inspection Training to Include: Module 1-Meterology, Module 2- Inspection and Test, and Module 3-Quality Assurance. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of all interested businesses, determine if there is any interest from the small business community (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOB, WOSB, etc.) and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. The Government has yet to make a determination on the method of competition for this requirement. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information voluntarily provided. All information that is provided is strictly voluntary. The Government is not requesting technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source, please provide the following information: 1. Company Name with a Point of Contact. 2. DUNS Number and CAGE Code. 3. Small Business Certifications (if applicable). 4. A brief statement of capability (no more than 5 pages) which demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements of the PWS, and includes any past performance information on Government contracts of similar size and scope. The NAICS code selected for this requirement is 611699, quote mark All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Training quote mark with a size standard of $7M. Electronic responses are preferred and hard copy documents are highly discouraged. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Information provided in response to this Sources Sought Notice will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Capability Statements are due no later than Monday, March 13, 2013 at 1 PM E.S.T. Responses may be e-mailed or delivered to the primary contact listed below.
