- HSFE70-13-Q-0042 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit quotation to Chase.Smith@fema.gov by 02/27/2013 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Email all questions to Chase.Smith@fema.gov by 02/26/2012 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Answers will be posted by 02/26/2012 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This is a Request for Quotation. RFQ number: HSFE70-13-Q-0042 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-65. This acquisition is a small-business set-aside. The size standard is $12,500,000.00. NAICS code is 562111. This RFQ is posted on 02/24/2012. Contracting Office Zip Code: 20472 Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is the lowest-cost-technically-acceptable and will meet the delivery schedule. Verify in your quotation that you are able to meet all requirements of this RFQ. Description of Requirements The Contractor shall provide dumpster service to support FEMA's facilities at 661 Selfield Road, Selma, Alabama 36703. Service is to include rental of four (4) 8-yard containers to be emptied once per week. Service is to include rental of a 40-yard container to be emptied once per month. Quotes shall include prices for additional pick-up/removal service for the 8-yard and 40-yard containers on an on-call basis. Maximum number of additional pick-ups shall not exceed eight (8) unless additional funding is added, and additional pick-ups shall not exceed funding. Period of performance is for a 12-month base period with two (2) Option Years. Contractor shall provide a quote for the Base Year and both Option Years. Quotes shall include all relevant charges and complete pricing. Provisions and Clauses The provision FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.
