AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION DATED JANUARY 25, 2013: The Urgent Care Center Upgrade, Project No. 629-12-101, Public Bid Opening has been extended to March 5, 2013 at the Purchasing and Contracting Office, 1515 Poydras Street, Suite 1100, New Orleans, LA 70114. This requirement remains a "COMPETITIVE" OFFER, Set Aside (100%) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). This amendment posts answers to RFI(s)/Questions that were received by February 15, 2013. This amendment provides minutes for the site visit held February 5, 2013. All other aspects of the solicitation dated January 25, 2013 remain effective.
