- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *Please reference the Additional Documentation link to see the PWS This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 238190 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $14 million. The following is needed: -A supply and install of conduit in accordance with the PWS.
