- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. CLIN 0001 Fiber Optic Cable Assembly CLIN 0002 Fiber Optic Cable Assembly CLIN 0003 Fiber Optic Cable Assembly CLIN 0004 Fiber Optic Cable Assembly CLIN 0005 through 0008 First Article Testing for CLIN ™s 0001 through 0004 CLIN 0009 through 0011 CDRLS A001, A002 and A003 Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price supply contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set - Aside Size Standard for NAICS Code 335921: 1000. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Quoters ensure you pay attention to CNIN-SAP-Evaluation criteria. Delivery is required FOB Destination, Crane, IN 47522, please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. Solicitation will be available for download on the NECO and FedBizOpps website. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror ™s that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). CCR and ORCA have been recently incorporated into the Governments new point of registration, System for Awards Management (SAM).
