Description

Notice of the intent to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is the 15 day synopsis for SADL software maintenance support which ensures F-16 compatibility with other data links and branches of service. This effort shall provide ongoing analyses of system configuration changes throughout the Data Link community and implement procedures for SADL equipped F-16 aircraft, support equipment, and gateways. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under solicitation number FA8232-13-R-50063 no earlier than 08 March 2013. Award will be made to Raytheon Company, 1801 West Hughes Drive, Fullerton CA 92833. The period of performance for this contract will be a one (1) year base period plus three (3) one year options. This is not a notice for competitive proposals, but responses to this notice can be submitted to this office no later than 08 Mar 2013.
