- MT1371-13 Solicitation is issued as a one (1) year with four (4) option years, if exercised, firm fixed price, requirements type contract for Steel Tubing to be delivered FOB Destination to: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. El Reno Metal Factory (ERMT) P.O. Box 1000, Hwy. 66W El Reno, OK 73036 SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Government anticipates an all or none award. QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL ONLY BE ADDRESSED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO: Pamela.Gonzales@usdoj.gov. NO TELEPHONE CALLS PLEASE. QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER TUESDAY 2/26/13 AT 2:00 Pacific Standard Time. For a list, description and total estimated quantities of all items, reference Section B. ALL ITEMS WILL BE AWARDED TO ONE OFFEROR. FAILURE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ON ALL ITEMS MAY PREVENT AN OFFER FROM BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD PRICING FOR BASE YEAR AND OPTION YEARS WILL BE EVAULATED AT TIME OF AWARD. OFFERORS MUST INCLUDE PRICING FOR BASE YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEARS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN AWARD. Delivery shall be 21 calendar days after award issuance of delivery order. UNICOR WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY DELIVERIES EARLIER THAN THREE (3) CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY DATE STATED ON THE ORDERING DOCUMENT, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED. THE RETURN OF PRODUCT WILL BE AT VENDORS EXPENSE. NO hand delivered mail will be accepted at this time due to security precautions. Offers should be submitted on the SF1449. OMB Clearance 1103-0018. The date and time for receipt of proposals is Monday, March 4, 2013 at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Offer must indicate Solicitation No. MT1371-13, time specified for receipt of offer, name, address and telephone number of offeror, technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation, terms of any expressed warranty, price and any discount terms.
