- HJCA Food and supply excel bid form Scope of Work and Bid information ETR Purchase Order Terms and conditions, Aplicable FAR Clauses & authorized Buyer list EDUCATION AND TRAINING RESOURCES Hartford Job Corps Academy "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Request for Quote/Proposal HJCA Cafeteria Food Supplies The Hartford Job Corps Academy (HJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 100 William Shorty Campbell Street, Hartford CT. 06106 are desirous of a fully insured contractor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. P otential bidders must have or obtain a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number and be registered in System For Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a federal contract. Potential bidders must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before being awarded a federal contract. Final bids are due to this center, not later than March 8, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department. They can be reached via email at Patricia.uccello@etrky.com Scope of Work 1. Vendors are needed to provide and deliver Cafeteria Food Supply items to the Hartford Job Corps Academy. Please use the bid sheet attached in the Fed Biz Ops web site. 2. All goods/products delivery to our location (100 William Shorty Campbell Street, Hartford, CT 06106), food supplies are to be furnished by the successful bidder (s). Delivery times for vendors are from 8.a.m - 11 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays (ONLY). 3. All special order items need to be noted or stocked for regular delivery. Substitutions will only be accepted at same or lower cost as bid price with equal or better quality. All additional charges, such as delivery or fuel charge must be noted on the bid sheet. Order minimums for delivery, if any, also need to be noted. 4. Bid prices are intended to be held for the entire bid date period (April 1 - June 30). Any items for which you are unwilling or unable to hold prices for the full bid period, must be noted on the bid sheet along with the length of time you are able to hold prices. It is the responsibility of the vendor to submit to HJCA periodic price updates for these items. 5. Please see attached link for obtaining a DUNS number: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform 6.
