- Product List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D3SF3046A001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking quotes on a brand name or equal basis for items on the attached product list. All equal items must include all physical, functional, and performance specifications submitted with quotes. To be considered for award, all items on the attached list must be quoted in order for a fair assessment to be made. The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of advantages and disadvantages to the Government that might result from making more than one award (multiple awards). It is assumed, for the purpose of evaluating quotes, that $500 would be the administrative cost to the Government for issuing and administering each contract awarded under this solicitation, and individual awards will be for the items or combinations of items that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government, including the assumed administrative costs. Delivery is required no later than 60 days ARO and quotes shall specify delivery terms. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 06 March 2013. All interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. The FOB point will be destination FOB Destination means that all costs for transportation or freight from the shipping point shall be paid by the Contractor and included in the unit price.
