Description

This RFI was previously posted as FA8771-12-R-XXXX. The USAF requires an MNS to support at a minimum the entire AF personnel and populace, to include active, reserve, guard, civilian and contractor personnel stationed at locations specified in the draft FRD (Attachment 1). This core capability, system, and/or service(s) shall allow operators/controllers spread across multiple locations to initiate and manage mass notification alerts to support all personnel assigned to their respective subordinate units and users.
