Description

Justification The Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Procurement Services (OPS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Exceed Corporation 8100 Professional PL STE 211 Hyattsville, MD 20785-2229 to provide the following: Bridge Contract for continued support for Office of Employment Standards Administration Help Desk contract. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541513 with a business size standard of $25.5 million dollars. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 15- Contracting by Negotiation and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (ii). Only one responsible source is available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be addressed. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. See attached Justification Approval. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government.
