Description

NAVSUP HRO Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) Support Services The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Office, Philadelphia intends to procure technical support services to facilitate Naval Supply systems Command (NAVSUP) Human Resources Offices (HRO) Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) implementation. Work to be performed under this contract will support NAVSUP HRO. Contractor ™s efforts will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining an appropriate prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation program for Federal Civilian employees (including their family members) with problems which adversely affect work performance or behavior. Contractor shall deal with issues arising from work-related difficulties, alcohol and/or drug problems, smoking cessation, marital and family problems, anxiety, eating disorders, legal concerns, childcare, and eldercare. The period of performance (POP) is 01 April 2013 through 30 September 2013. The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed-price (FFP) contract to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value, considering price and technical factors. The specific evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation. When available, the request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Web site, www.neco.navy.mil. The RFQ will indicate the closing date. This will be a Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 624190, and the applicable size standard is $7Million.
