Description

This is a PRESOLICITATION announcement. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Federal Business Opportunities on or around March 5, 2013. Scope of Contract: Work consists of providing all management, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government office located at the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center (LCNHTIC), a public facility located in Giant Springs Heritage Park in Great Falls, Montana, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The LCNHTIC facility to be maintained consists of approximately 17,100 square feet, which is divided into 22 rooms. The building has approximately 12,100 sq. ft. of carpet, 3475 sq. ft. of porcelain tile, 472 sq. ft. of vinyl flooring and tile, and 1068 square feet of interior concrete. Magnitude of Project (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $25,000 to $100,000.
