- Description
- Title: Sole Source Procurement - Aircraft / F/A-18 HORNET PR 46139074 for NSN 1560-01-604-2152, Northrop Grumman Corporation, CAGE 76823, P/N 74A321701-2042, Skin, Aircraft. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 157 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 204 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that the solicitation issue date will be on or around 01 March 2013 and closing date will be on or around 01 April 2013. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
