- Single award term contract for Department of Health & Human Services/Centers for Disease Control, Atlanta, GA. Beginning April 1, 2013 and ending March 31, 2014, with four possible option years. Quality Level 2 is required. These specifications cover the production of self-cover pamphlets requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including four-color process), binding, affixing labels, mailing, and delivery. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 51 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 5,000 to 8,000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 8 to 40 pages. TRIM SIZE: 8.5 x 11'. Ship f.o.b. contractor's city for mailed shipments and deliver f.o.b. destination for all other shipments, primarily to Atlanta, GA, metropolitan area. Complete production and delivery is required within four workdays. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO website once they are issued. Target date for availability is February 19, 2013.
