D399 “ Other Computer Services NAICS 511210 “ Software Publishers Subject: TYX Support Subscription The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (S1924) intends to negotiate and contract with EADS North America Test and Services on a sole source basis to to provide TYX Software Support. No solicitation will be posted on this website for the requirement. (1) National Stock Number “ N/A (2) Specification/Qualification “ No substitution parts are authorized. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the support of this software or the components. Any source able to provide the support may contact the persons indicated above to be considered for any future requirements. See attached Justification and Approval No. MCLC 13318. (3) Manufacturer - EADS North America Test and Services (CAGE 21793) (4) Destination Information “ MCLB Albany, GA 31704 (5) Award Procedures “ The Government will solicit a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract with an estimated total of $35,000.00. The anticipated award date is 20 February 2013.
