- CTII NOCA This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for a non-competitive three year contract extension to be negotiated with the Boeing Company, 7700 Boston Blvd, Springfield, VA 22153-3144, for the purpose of continued sustainment of Combat Track II (CTII) systems. The current ordering period will be extended from 26 Apr 13 through 26 Apr 16 with a period of performance extended from 25 Jun 13 through 25 Jun 16. The contract extension will provide continued support of Combat Track II (CTII) Sustainment with the current contractor, to include deployments worldwide inclusive of site surveys; installation and integration; assembly and test; training; Software/Hardware enhancements, modifications, integration and retrofits; execution; and assessment. The contractor is also responsible for depot-level support for garrisoned and deployed hardware/software maintenance, repair and return to the User. This synopsis is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The information you provide will be evaluated to identify qualified potential offers. AFLCMC/HBBI will not release to any firm, agency, or individual outside the Government, any information marked with a proprietary legend without the written permission from the respondent. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this synopsis, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to AFLCMC/HBBI. An AFLCMC has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offers, potential offers, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
