Description
WAWF Wage Determination 230th Meals Roster 11-29 MAR 2013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-13-T-0005 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are 722320 with a Size Standard of $7M. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION - COMMERCIAL ITEMS: As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows: FAR 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (DEC 2012) ALTERNATE II (JAN 2012) FAR 52.212-4: CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - COMMERICAL ITEMS FAR 52-212-5: (DEV) CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2011) (DEVIATION), - (FILL-IN) FAR 52.222-41: SERVICE CONTRACT ACT OF 1965 (NOV 2007): FAR 52.232-99 (DEV): PROVIDING ACCELERATED PAYMENT TO SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTORS (DEVIATION) (AUG 2012) DFARS 252.212-7001(DEV): CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS APPLICABLE TO DEFENSE ACQUISITIONS OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS (DEC 2010) (DEVIATION), DFARS 252.232: 7003 LECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF PAYMENT REQUESTS AND RECEIVING REPORTS (MAR 2008) - Quotes are due in this office no later than Monday, February 25, 2013, at 10:00AM CST. Please email your quote to contact Rhonda..m.lien.ctr@us.army.mil - TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE - Please see the attached Meal Roster for the number of meals each day (to be filled out) breakfast and Dinner, WAWF - Payment Instructions and the Wage Determination. The Meals are from 11 MARCH - 29 MARCH 2013, totaling 7,025 MEALS Requirements: 1.Vendor must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) and have the ORCA (Reps & Certs) completed in order to be considered for the award process. 2.Vendor will be required to bill through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) after completion of event. All payments will be Electronic Funds Transferred (EFT) into vendor's account no checks will be issued. 3.Vendor must be able to accommodate the needs of the request and provide a full 15 day menu along with the menu roster with quote. 4.Vendor will need proper ID (driver's license) to get on post. POC will meet vendor at gate upon arrival. 5.Vendor will receive 72 hours notice prior to contract commencing of training schedule and number of meals needed by unit POC. 6.Vendor will deliver and serve meals at MacDill AFB Aux Field, Florida. 7.Vendor will serve two hot meals (breakfast and dinner), including drinks, for 175 to 200 Soldiers daily, meal roster attached. 8.Vendor will serve meals starting with breakfast on 11 March 2013 and ending Breakfast on 29 March 2013, meal roster attached. 9.Breakfast serving time will be between 6:30AM and 8:00AM (11 MAR-29 MAR) 10.Dinner serving time will be between 5:30PM and 7:00PM (11 MAR-28 MAR) In response to this solicitation, please provide a Full Menu along with Meal Roster, DUNNS#, CAGE Code, and TaxID emailed to the address given by the cutoff date/time - 25 MAR 2013 at 10AM CST to rhonda.m.lien.ctr@mail.mil. The award will be evaluated on lowest price technically accepted and able to meet the needs of the requesting unit.
