- Sources Sought Notice No.: N62473-0DUMMY3034172 This is a Small Business Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capabilities of qualified small business 8a sources; (2) the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, with a size standard of $7.0 million. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. Description and Specifications: This requirement is for the Operation and Maintenance of Washrack Treatment Systems. The contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, supplies and other items to perform all operations in connection with the repair, maintenance, and operations of all identified wash racks located on the Cannon Defense Complex and the U.S. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Yuma, Arizona. The resultant contract will be a combination Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Anticipated Period of Performance: Base year “ 01 April 2013 thru 30 September 2013 (base for six (6) months) 1st option Period “ 01 October 2013 thru 30 September 2014 2nd Option Period “ 01 October 2014 thru 30 September 2015 Capability Statement/Information Sought: Interested qualified small business 8a organizations should submit a tailored capability statement for this requirement, not to exceed ten (10) pages (including all attachments, resumes, charts, etc.), presented in single-spaced and using a 12-point font size minimum, that clearly details the ability to perform the aspects of this notice described above. Statement should also include an indication of current certified small business 8a status; this indication should be clearly marked on the first page of your capability statement, as well as the eligible small business concern ™s name, point of contact, address and DUNS number. Information Submission Instructions: All capability statement sent in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT notice must be submitted electronically (via email) to Linda Renteria, Contract Specialist at: linda.renteria@navy,mil in MS Word or Adobe (PDF) format by Friday, 01 March 2013, 3:00 PM MST. All responses must be received by the specified due date and time in order to be considered. ANY RESPONSES RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIEZD DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
