Please review the attached SOW. *****NOTICE TO THE OFFEROR: In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.***** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1UG133029A001 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65, 29 Jan 2013. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a $7.0 Mil size standard. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Annual Boiler Safety Relief Valve s calibration, IAW Statement of Work Qty: 4 EA CLIN 0002: Travel Qty: 2 EA (End description). Delivery SHIP TO ADDRESS FOB 30 Days ADC Clear AFS, Alaska 99704 DESTINATION Quotes must be submitted and received no later than 21 February 2013 AST 10:00am.
