- This was a "Fair Opportunity" competition under an existing Department of State Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Department awarded a five-year (one-year base period with four one-year options) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) performance-based Task Order under Department of State Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract - SAQMMA10D0017 - Global Support Strategy for Visa Services. The following objectives apply: 1. Primary Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Ireland, Ethiopia, Angola, and Cape Verde no less than ninety (90) calendar days after award and no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after award for service package two through four. 2. Primary Objective 2: Provide service package two, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, and greeter services for Spain, the United Kingdom, and Ethiopia. 3. Primary Objective 3: Provide service package three, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services and document delivery services for Italy, Portugal, and Ireland. 4. Primary Objective 4: Provide service package four, which includes information services, appointment services, and fee collection services for Angola and Cape Verde.
