Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Radiologist of North Iowa, 1010 4th St SW, Mason City, IA pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), Des Moines, IA intends to procure radiologist interpretation services for the Mason City Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. Sole Source Justification: Radiology Services (technical component) are provided to the Mason City CBOC by the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, and Radiologist of North Iowa provides the professional component to Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
